Overview
The Global Medical Affairs Manager is part of the Medical Affairs Team and represents the nexus of cutting-edge medical and scientific insights with internal and external stakeholders contributing to drive medical innovation in the therapeutic areas of competence and throughout the entire product life cycle.
Reporting to the Global Medical Affairs Lead, he/she is in charge for active and value-adding scientific contributions to cross-functional teams internally and engagement with key external stakeholders.
Therapeutics area: Cardiovascolar and Respiratory&Pain&Allergy
Main Activities & Responsibilities
Scientific Expert: Primary medical lead for assigned products/areas for internal and external stakeholders.
Global Strategy: Develops and executes the Global Medical Affairs Plan within budget and timelines.
Cross-functional Partner: Collaborates with Global Brand/Project Teams to align medical and marketing strategies.
KOL Management: Leads global mapping and builds relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and medical societies.
Scientific Exchange: Organizes and presents at Advisory Boards, international congresses, and expert meetings.
Study Expert: Oversees clinical studies from initiation to publication; evaluates investigator-initiated trials.
Regulatory Support: Provides expert input for RMPs, PSURs, and product information filings.
Market Access: Supports early-phase development and clinical plans to ensure market readiness.
Content Approval: Reviews and approves all promotional/educational materials and medical info responses.
Training: Develops and delivers scientific training for internal teams.
Compliance: Ensures all activities follow SOPs, legal requirements, and pharma codes of practice.

Job Requirements
- Education (preferred: Medical Doctor Degree)
- 1-3 Years of experience
- Language skills and level of proficiency (Business fluency in English, both spoken and written)
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Driven by Learning and Personal Development
- Ability to effectively collaborate in a dynamic and global environment.
