The Procurement Specialist will play a crucial role in managing purchasing activities, optimizing inventory, and supporting production processes. This position requires a strong understanding of procurement practices, industrial manufacturing, and supplier management. Your Mission

What You Will Do?

• Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
• Ensure fulfillment of production requirements for procured parts by expediting and rescheduling goods receipts when necessary.
• Manage the subcontracting process when required.
• Optimize supply management to minimize inventory levels.
• Manage supplier forecasts when needed.
• Maintain visibility of stock levels and support inventory optimization at the supplier’s site.
• Develop a solid understanding of production processes and support production capacity planning.
• Coordinate and manage supplier quality issues when required.

Your Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required.
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing work related to procurement is necessary.
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred for efficient procurement management.
• A background in machining is advantageous for understanding production processes.
