Context and purpose of the job

As part of the Events team, you will support the planning and execution of corporate events and special projects. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will assist in event production, vendor research, cross-departmental coordination, and administrative activities. This internship will give you hands-on experience in the world of luxury event management, helping to bring our brand’s vision to life.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the organization and coordination of corporate events and special projects
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports before and after events
  • Assist with budget tracking and invoice follow-up
  • Help monitor project timelines and deadlines
  • Support the team in event production activities, such as location scouting, logistics, catering arrangements, and material preparation
  • Research potential suppliers (e.g., production agencies, catering services, PR agencies)
  • Coordinate with internal departments for project-related needs



Descrizione profilo:

Requirements

  • Academic background in Communication, Event Management, Marketing, or related fields
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (in particular PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
