Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate communication between team members to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Help identify project risks and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
- Maintain organized records of project activities and deliverables.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Current students or recent graduates with a background in engineering, archiutecture or related fields.
- A strong interest in project management for Construction, Operations and Maintenance in Real Estate and a willingness to learn new methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic knowledge of project management software or tools is a plus but not mandatory.
