• Lead and support a team of consultants helping business and private customers design and furnish complete spaces
• Build strong relationships with the local business community, making IKEA a trusted partner for professional furnishing solutions
• Turn market insights and customer needs into concrete commercial actions, driving growth and customer satisfaction
• Develop your team through collaboration, coaching and a customer-first mindset

• Experience in commercial, consultancy or customer-facing roles
• Passion for interior design, space planning and creating solutions for business customers
• Ability to understand customer needs, market trends and business opportunities
• Positive leadership, strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset
