Job Description

Your mission

Your mission will be to drive sales of study abroad programs for clients based in Italy through written quotations, phone calls, and personalized consultations.

Key responsibilities

  • Advising clients and selling tailored language travel programs (mainly via phone, email, and in person)
  • Analyzing and responding to client inquiries based on their specific needs
  • Preparing and presenting written quotations via in-person meetings, phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Ensuring consistent and proactive follow-up with clients (via phone, email, and WhatsApp)

Qualifications

Your professional skills

  • You have excellent communication skills and know how to quickly build trust with clients
  • You are results-driven and able to manage your own pipeline independently, effectively prioritizing your activities
  • You are comfortable negotiating, presenting solutions, and guiding clients toward the final decision
  • You are fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and have a strong command of English (min. B2); any additional language is a plus

  • Polished, professional, and credible: you convey confidence and quality in every interaction
  • Flexible, proactive, and a strong team player
  • Curious about the world, with solid geographical knowledge that enhances your consultative approach
  • Passionate about travel and able to turn your experiences into effective sales drivers

  • Previous sales experience, ideally in travel, services, or a consultative environment
  • Ability to work with targets and sales KPIs while maintaining a high-quality customer relationship
