Events Training Intern - #44714

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for an Events Training Intern to join our Events & Training team at our Innovation Center in Turin.

The candidate will join the Events & Training team, supporting the manager in the design, organization, and execution of training events.

The role will contribute across all operational phases, helping deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Your Day-to-day Activities

• Support the logistical organization of training events (scheduling, venues, suppliers, materials)
• Collaborate with internal business teams in the development of event concepts and the preparation of required equipment for events, trade fairs, product launches, and photo shootings
• Liaise with external agencies to define staffing needs and coordinate materials
• Assist in the preparation of training content and learning materials
• Manage and update documentation related to courses and training activities
• Support reporting activities and post-event feedback collection
  
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Start date: July or September 2026
• You’re fluent in Italian and English
• You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communication, Event Management or Marketing
• You have a strong interest in events and training
• You’re precise, organized with a Team-oriented mindset
