YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • System development of bidirectional grid-connected power converters (GCPC)
  • Model-based design, simulation and implementation of robust control methods for all situations to be covered in the power supply network
  • Validation and optimisation of the control procedures in the laboratory using grid simulators
  • Implementation of the requirements from relevant standards and directives on the topic of grid connection of charging infrastructure, battery storage systems and generator systems
  • Support in the design and layout of the essential components of GCPC, taking into account the specific requirements


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • University degree in electrical engineering, mathematics, computer science or comparable qualification
  • Significant relevant work experience
  • Fundamental experience in the simulation of grid-connected inverters
  • Knowledge in the design of bidirectional grid-connected power converters
  • Knowledge of the requirements resulting from the technical connection conditions and standards
  • Basic knowledge of embedded programming
  • Precise, analytical and structured way of working, networked thinking, problem-solving orientation
  • Fluent in English and good knowledge of German or Italian
