Global Regulatory Assistant - #44778

Position Summary: 

This role is to support the broader global regulatory and regulatory science teams on ensuring that key processes are managed effectively to avoid unnecessary delays. This position will be assigned primary projects where they will act as lead within the team as well as be cross trained in several key roles.

Role Responsibilities: 

• GLP sample coordinator – develop and update SOP to ensure samples needed for key studies are available on time reducing delays. This will include management of documentation and inventories and coordination with other departments. 

• Support the implementation of AI driven project management initiative to track all regulatory studies and/or projects. 

• Support the team on management of contracts such as NDAs for 3rd party labs.

• Management of Organic certification documents in specific regions.

Other Responsibilities could include: 

• Cross training on in-house programs for budgeting, data management, global dossier management and obtaining quotations for studies. 


• Supporting the broad global team as regulatory pressure emerges in any area. The unpredictable nature of regulatory requires the team to redirect our focus as specific actions occur.


• Continuous training in Global regulatory including monitoring changes in registration requirements in key regions and on guideline requirements. 

Education:

• Undergraduate Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred

 Job Expectations / Working Conditions:

•  4-6 years of Regulatory affairs/Regulatory Science experience within Crop protection Industry 


• Ability to multitask multiple projects. 


• Excellent communication skills to report project updates to internal cross functional teams 


• Desire to continue to grow in the rapidly changing regulatory landscape. 


• Scientific background preferred
