Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve high‑quality software solutions within a complex, mission‑critical technology environment. You will work in cross‑functional teams, contributing to both new development and the continuous improvement of existing platforms, while helping drive engineering excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions
• Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of existing systems
• Contribute to technical design decisions and technology selection
• Support and mentor other engineers through knowledge sharing and training
• Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Investigate and resolve software issues to ensure optimal system performance
• Participate actively in team discussions, design reviews, and problem‑solving sessions
  
  

Your Skills, Experience, And Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in demanding environments
• Strong knowledge of one or more programming paradigms: OOP, concurrent, functional, asynchronous programming
• Hands‑on experience with one or more ecosystems: Java, C++, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Practical use of TDD / ATDD practices and tooling
• Experience with CI tools and best practices
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Docker, AWS, and modern IDEs (Eclipse, VS Code, etc.)
• Ability to understand functional and non‑functional requirements and contribute to effective solutions
• Comfortable working with complexity in multi‑functional, Agile teams
• Professional, rigorous approach and strong collaboration skills across roles and seniority levels
• Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
