The role will include activities like:

Develop embedded firmware in C/C++ Support the Software Team in the development and validation of control algorithms

Design and simulate control strategies using tools like PLECS and Simulink

Validate algorithms both in simulation and on real hardware

Collaborate with hardware and system engineers to ensure seamless integration

Contribute to the continuous improvement of control performance and system reliability

Produce clear documentation including specifications, test reports, and user manuals.

What we expect from you

Firmware & Control Engineer or Embedded Software Engineer

M.Sc. in Software, Electronics, Automation Engineering or similar fields Proven experience in Firmware development

Strong knowledge of embedded programming in C/C++

Familiarity with simulation environments like PLECS and Simulink

Experience with microcontrollers (NXP, ST)

Automotive background is a plus

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and teamwork skills

Fluent in Italian and English

Strong motivation with the Employeneurship model
