The Opportunity

Support the operations at the Italian Hub in Turin, playing a key role in the sales and after-sales processes.


Design Office / After-Sales Service (SAV) :

  • Provide technical support to the sales team on operational matters.

  • Customize solar lighting projects and draft technical documentation.

  • Perform after-sales interventions, such as battery or PV replacements at height.

  • Attend client meetings and participate in training workshops organized by Fonroche in Italy.

  • Train installers on the installation of Fonroche solar streetlights.

What you can bring to us

  • +2 year of working experience.

  • Technical or Bachelor degree in Renewable Energies, Architecture, Industrial Design, Civil Engineering or related field.

  • You interest in learning how to dimension projects - photometric studies.

  • You will use our ERP SAGE software for stock management.

  • Your interest in warehouse management and control a lift platform.

  • Communication skills (oral and written) in Italian and English.

Additional Information Recruitment and Integration Process :

If selected, you will join a simple and quick recruitment process with only four steps:

  • It begins with a video interview with our Talent Acquisition, Nancy.

  • Then an interview with your futurs managers: Country Manager in Italy, Andrea and Bruno, Global Technical Director.

  • A video interview with our HR Director, Joris, to discuss values as well as cultural fit.

Onboarding for the position will be through our customized internal program. You will be supported in your role for about 2 weeks through three key stages:

  • Meeting all departments and business areas of the company,

  • Technical discovery of the products and processes,

  • Training tailored to your needs and functions.
