Zadania na stanowisku

• Native or C2 level of Italian (mandatory)
• Very good command of English (mandatory)
• Experience in customer service or sales
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proactive and independent approach to work
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and high standards in data and documentation quality
• Good knowledge of MS Office (experience with CRM systems is a plus)

Oczekiwania

• End-to-end customer order management – verification, system entry, and ongoing communication via email and phone
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, while actively supporting sales (upselling, cross-selling, customer activation)
• Handling complaints and returns, coordinating the process with internal teams
• Preparing reports, ensuring high-quality data and documentation, and contributing to process improvements
• Close collaboration with sales, production, logistics, warehouse teams, and external partners
• Managing the e-commerce platform and supporting sales targets
• Supporting the retail store when needed
• Proactively assisting customers via phone, tailoring offers to their needs
