About the Role

What You’ll Do
- SupportBusiness Units andSales teams throughout theend-to-end tender process.
- Coordinatestakeholders and monitortender timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain visibility of tender progress, risks, and critical actions.
- Supportprofitability andpricing analysis in collaboration withFinance andProfit teams.
- Provide guidance onmargin analysis tools and tender-related financial considerations.
- Support the completion and review oftender documentation and questionnaires.
- Assist withcustomer/vendor portals ande-procurement platforms.
- ReviewTerms Conditions,SLAs, andpenalty clauses, escalating concerns toLegal orCompliance when required.
- Ensure alignment betweencommercial proposals,tender requirements, andinternal policies.
- Facilitate communication acrossSales,Marketing,Operations,Finance, andCompliance teams.
- Manage and maintain centralizedrepositories,templates,procedures, and documentation withinMicrosoft Teams.
- Promotestandardization,best practices, and adoption oftender management tools and processes.
- Provide internal guidance and training ontender-related procedures, tools, and best practices.
- Experience supportingpublic and/or private tender processes within anIT or technology environment.
- Understanding oftender lifecycle management andcommercial coordination.
- Basic knowledge offinancial analysis,pricing, andmargin evaluation.
- Ability to review and interpretcontractual andoperational documentation.
- Experience working withe-procurement platforms and operational tools.
- Advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel andMicrosoft Teams.
- Strongorganizational andstakeholder management skills.
- Structured communication style with strongattention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative andadvisory approach.
- GoodEnglish communication skills, both written and spoken.
