Dolce&Gabbana is seeking a professional and service-oriented Receptionist to join the General Services Department at our Milan headquarters. The selected candidate will report directly to the Site House Manager and will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a refined and welcoming environment while supporting the smooth execution of daily operations.

Main Activities And Responsibilities

  • Greeting and managing visitors
  • Managing the switchboard and directing internal/external calls and emails
  • Supporting facility management activities, such as booking meeting rooms, providing stationery, regulating temperature, and printing documents
  • Performing small administrative and secretarial tasks, including RDA entry and Excel reporting.
  • Managing bookings for company pool cars

Required Skills

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist
  • Excellent knowledge of English and a second language
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent personal presentation

Work Location: Milan, Italy
