Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for reception at the front desk and reception of company visitors
2. Responsible for organizing activities and meetings of the company or visitors
3. Responsible for administrative tasks like 7S management of offices and apartments, office vehicle management, stationery, travel agency booking, and working translation companies & express delivery, etc.
4. Acting as a contact point for the European office and assisting the legal/HR and other departments to handle relevant work
5. Completing other work as assigned by leaders
Requirements:
1. 2 years of related administrative work experience
2. Good expression, coordination ability, excellent service awareness and execution
3. Good office software skills
English or Italian can be used as working languages
4. Candidates with Italian residence permits are preferred
