Job Description
- Updating and auditing digital records using key software tools, including technical data analysis.
- Conducting gap analyses and defining corrective action plans to address identified issues.
- Managing document recovery processes and coordinating remediation activities to resolve critical findings.
- Monitoring regulatory compliance requirements and coordinating activities with the relevant Property Managers.
- Overseeing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities carried out by the team and preparing related reports and performance documentation.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering or Surveyor
- 2–3 years of experience in property or facility management sector
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Native Italian and good level in english
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and lenders.
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude and commercial awareness.
- Team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; altro?
