The property features 28 contemporary rooms and suites, a wellness centre, dining outlets, and hospitality experiences designed to combine comfort, adventure, and authentic Italian charm.

Location

Located in the mountain village of Colere, the hotel enjoys a spectacular alpine setting with convenient access to major airports. Orio al Serio Airport (BGY) is approximately 55 km away, while Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) is around 160 km from the property.

About The Role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Housekeeping Attendant (Room Attendant) to join our Housekeeping Team for the Summer season.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation throughout the hotel, helping create an exceptional guest experience in a unique alpine environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, corridors, and assigned public areas according to hotel standards and daily productivity targets.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
• Ensure all guest rooms are presented to the highest standards prior to guest arrival.
• Perform cleaning and sanitisation procedures in accordance with hotel policies and hygiene standards.
• Carry out deep-cleaning duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, fixtures, furniture, floors, and all guest room facilities.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, lost & found items, and safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, linen closets, and storage areas in a clean and organised condition.
• Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently.
• Support laundry operations when required.
• Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Contribute to maintaining the overall quality, appearance, and cleanliness of the property.
  
  

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Room Attendant, Chambermaid, or in a similar housekeeping role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
• Basic English communication skills are required; Italian language skills are considered an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to operational requirements.
  
  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• This position is available for an immediate start and constitutes an urgent hire.
• This is a fixed-term seasonal contract for a duration of 4 months during the Summer season.
• Candidates available to start immediately or at short notice will be given priority consideration.
• Applicants who are not citizens of the European Economic Area (EEA) must already hold a valid Italian residence permit and work authorisation permitting employment in Italy at the time of application.
