Job Description

As an Engineering Technician II here at Honeywell, you will support engineering projects by performing technical tasks, conducting tests, and assisting in the development and maintenance of engineering systems. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and implementation of technical solutions.

You will report directly to our Engineering Supervisor and you’ll work out of our location Trieste.

In this role, you will impact project success by providing reliable technical support, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical tasks to support engineering projects including assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and components.
  • Collect, record, and analyze data to assist engineers in product development and quality assurance.
  • Maintain and calibrate engineering equipment and tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering technician roles
  • Knowledge of engineering principles, testing procedures, and technical equipment (multimeter, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzer, etc.)
  • Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools relevant to engineering tasks
  • Familiarity with safety and quality standards in engineering environments
