Cosa farai?

Pianificare e coordinare la produzione assicurando l’allineamento tra fabbrica e supply chain
Gestire ordini e materiali in SAP, verificando disponibilità e tempi di consegna
Confrontare il piano di produzione teorico con l’avanzamento reale, individuando scostamenti e criticità
Monitorare KPI di produzione (tempi, costi, volumi) e proporre azioni correttive/migliorative
Aggiornare report e dati a supporto dei piani industriali e delle offerte commerciali
Collaborare con produzione, logistica, acquisti e qualità per garantire il rispetto di tempi e budget
Supportare la definizione e l’ottimizzazione dei flussi produttivi
Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi in un contesto industriale strutturato

Cosa Richiediamo?

3–4 anni di esperienza come Production Engineer / Industrial Engineer o ruolo analogo in contesti produttivi
Laurea preferibilmente in Ingegneria Industriale o affini
Buona conoscenza di SAP per la gestione di ordini, materiali e pianificazione
Forte orientamento a tempi, costi e ottimizzazione della produzione
