As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. You’ll be part of the global corporate order management team, and in this role, you’ll be dedicated to support VinLog, Kuehne-Nagel division specialized in the beverage market.
In our business-driven team you will support our Order Management solution through learning all the different aspects of this topic.
You will work in a team with global responsibilities, with stakeholders in most of the countries worldwide.

Main responsabilities:

Support the VinLog process and systems, EDI and reporting specialists in their areas of activity.

Gather and specify requirements for order management process improvement
Translate business requirements into work items for our IT
Perform test cycle on new deliveries of our order management tool
Support creation of guidelines and documentation
Gather knowledge in VinLog/KN tools to help our community
