Manage and develop strategic Grocery / Off-Trade customers, increasing Bacardi brands’ revenue, market share, and visibility.

Main Responsabilities
- Manage key customers in the Off-Trade channel
- Lead commercial negotiations with buyers and retail chains
- Implement commercial and promotional plans
- Analyze sales KPIs, P&L, and market share
- Develop strategic customer relationships
- Coordinate with trade marketing and customer marketing
- Work closely with the sell-out team
- Forecast and budget management and monitoring
- NSV (Net Sales Value)
- GP (Gross Profit)
- Profitability
- Promotional ROI
- Market share
- Distribution and shelf visibility
- Forecast accuracy
Technical Skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Sell-in / sell-out data analysis
- Grocery customer management
- Leadership and stakeholder management
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-driven.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Adaptability in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or similar fields
- A postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales and/or grocery retail is preferred
- A background in spirits/beverages is preferred
- Fluency in Italian and English are mandatory.
