How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will manage the strategic calendar for the management team, focusing on priorities and impactful engagements.
• Organize and facilitate results-oriented meetings and workshops, preparing materials and ensuring structured follow-ups.
• Collaborate in the design and creation of presentations for various stakeholders, enhancing communication and engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders on an international level, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Oversee travel arrangements and manage expense reports, ensuring smooth logistics for the management team.

What You Bring

• You have experience as an Executive or Management Assistant in international settings.
• Your digital skills are top-notch, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• You possess a foundational understanding of administrative topics, including tax and customs matters (Intrastat, VAT).
• Your soft skills shine through with excellent communication, organizational abilities, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
• You are fluent in both Italian and English, with a proficiency level of B2-C1.

Rewards/Benefits

The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 25.000 – € 38.000 gross per year.

Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market
