Your role:

As a Sales Manager Infrastructure Tuscany, you will be part of Electrical Product Team, You will act as a key driver of business growth, managing and developing the EP portfolio within the Infrastructure market, combining sales execution, market insight, and strategic thinking to achieve ambitious targets.

Your day-to-day activities will include driving sales growth of Electrical Products within the Infrastructure market, developing partner networks and expanding low voltage portfolio penetration, and close collaboration with Marketing, Business Development teams, partners, and key decision-makers to support sustainable business growth and achievement of sales targets.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Driving sales growth of Electrical Products within the Infrastructure segment, expanding the low voltage portfolio penetration
  • Supporting and enabling partners to deliver best-in-class sales and service to end customers
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to identify opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies
  • Monitoring performance through data, reports, and dashboards, providing insights to support forecasting and decision-making
  • Building strong relationships and influencing key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Bringing the voice of the customer into innovation and continuous improvement processes
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends
  • Taking full ownership of the Infrastructure sales targets within Business Unit Electrical Products

What makes you a great match:

Core Requirements

  • Proven minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales of Low Voltage Components within the Infrastructure market
  • Knowledge of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage panels and electrical distribution

other Requirements

  • Educational background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, Mechatronics, Automation or Technical High School Diploma
  • Availability to frequent national business trips and occasional international travel
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Italy

The Total Target Cash (Base + Variable) Pay Range for this position is €55000–€78000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
