How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will review and analyze customer requests to prepare preliminary electrical designs and create all necessary technical documentation.
• Provide essential technical support to the sales team and customers, driving demand through effective technical promotion.
• Utilize your deep market knowledge to develop competitive solutions that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and technical specifications for proposals.
• Engage in business trips at a national and occasionally international level to enhance your professional experience.

What You Bring

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in component engineering, electrical design, or a similar role, ideally within the power generation or transformer industry.
• You possess strong knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• You demonstrate a strong orientation towards achieving targets, along with initiative, autonomy, and a collaborative spirit.
• You are ready to travel for business as required.
