About the role:
At the moment we are looking for anInternal sales in ourPC Businees Unit-
The person will be experienced inbuilding excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge.

The internal Sales Specialist will be experienced ingenerating new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and in having ageneral conversation around a solution/product area; always in the direction of achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Proactively manage the customers lifecycle
• Proactively develop relationships withkey internal andexternal contacts
• Engages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes
• Manages customerbackorder and Report along specialist knowledge”
• Provide, sell and negotiateproduct information,pricing,special offers andpromotions
• Drives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is required, collaborating with colleagues and General Sales Force
• Generate and own apipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1-2 years of experience
• Numerate with goodattention to detail
• Excellenttelephone mannerand Effective Communication Skills
• Priority management and planning skills
• Strive to achieveset targets
• UnderstandsSales Process
• Ideal candidates will have previous experience ofIT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
• IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential. Passion for IT is a plus
