Join Arcwide as an Intern and start your journey in business transformation and digital innovation!

Location: Milan (preferred) or Turin

Duration: 6 months, full-time

What You Can Expect From The Role

Contribute to all phases of the project from conceptual design to successful delivery

Assist in the creation of high-quality client deliverables (e.g. process flows, timelines, executive presentations)

Support business process analysis and assessments

Participate in software configuration, write functional specifications, and perform system testing

Take part in data migration and system conversion activities

Assist in implementing ERP modules

Help guide customers through the change management process.

What We Will Look For In Your CV

You’re completing or have completed a relevant Masters Degree e.g. IT, International Business, Economics etc.

You have a solid track record of learning and development (certifications or training are a plus)

You have a strong interest in business, technology, and operational processes

You bring excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills

You’re fluent in Italian and English (additional European languages are a bonus).

Even Better If You Have

Basic knowledge of ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor)

A client-focused mindset and the ability to work in international teams

Willingness to travel up to 60–70% of the time.
