This position supports our work with a prominent Italian infrastructure group. As a Junior Project Management Coordinator, you will assist in organizing complex workflows and ensuring that our internal timelines align with client requirements. You will work closely with our consultants to maintain order within high-stakes projects, making sure that documentation is accurate and every step of the process is accounted for in our fully remote environment.

What you will do
- Maintain project timelines and update task lists to reflect real-time progress for the Italian infrastructure group engagement.
- Help draft and organize internal project documentation, ensuring all structural findings are recorded accurately.
- Coordinate schedules for internal remote meetings and ensure that decision logs are kept up to date.
- Support the collection of data and evidence required for organizational audits and restructuring reports.
- Monitor project resources and notify senior consultants if timelines require adjustment.
- Organize digital workspace assets for the team to ensure information is accessible and systematically stored.
- Assist in preparing status reports that summarize progress against key project milestones.
- Update internal databases to ensure all evidence-backed research is categorized for easy retrieval.
- Curiosity about how large organizations operate and an interest in complex business systems.
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to present information clearly and logically.
- A methodical approach to tasks where accuracy and attention to detail are prioritized.
- Proficiency in using digital tools to organize tasks and communicate within a remote team.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative requirements without losing sight of deadlines.
- Comfort working with text-heavy documents and translating observations into organized notes.
- Academic or personal project experience that demonstrates basic organizational or coordination skills.
- A preference for structured work and the ability to follow established documentation standards.
