Junior Market Research Analyst - #51674
Braun Management
Data: 6 giorni fa
Città: Napoli, Campania
Tipo di contratto: Tempo pieno
Remoto
Braun Management works with executive teams to solve organizational problems that have become too internal to fix. We focus on restructuring and clarifying decision rights when existing structures no longer reflect the reality of how a business operates.
The role
The Junior Market Research Analyst position is designed for an entry level professional who enjoys the process of digging into data to find structural truths. This role exists to provide our consulting teams with the evidence needed to support honest conversations with leadership groups. Much of your initial work will involve supporting a major project for a prominent Italian infrastructure group that is currently evaluating its long term planning and operational efficiency. This is a fully remote role where your primary contribution is turning raw information into clear, actionable intelligence without the distraction of corporate fluff.
What you will do
At Braun Management, we operate as a fully remote team that values substance over presentation. We do not spend our time on flashy slide decks or unnecessary meetings. Instead, we rely on a documentation first culture where ideas are written down and scrutinized. This approach ensures accountability and allows every team member to understand the evidence behind our conclusions. Because we often handle sensitive issues like restructuring and executive succession, we maintain a workplace that is professional, observational, and focused on precision. We believe that a remote setup works best when everyone is committed to clear communication and honest reflection on the data at hand.
