The Role

The O&M Supervisor is an integral part of the Operations Team for Italy and reports to the O&M Supervisor Team Leader. Working to the guidelines set by the Head of Operations in Italy, the O&M Supervisor will manage operations and maintenance services across Sonnedix renewable plants in Italy, making sure every site meets its contractual obligations and Sonnedix standards. They will provide the technical expertise to lead plant maintenance - supervising preventive, corrective, predictive and conditional maintenance across a wide range of equipment - and manage on-site tests to confirm conformity with contractual, manufacturer and existing national and local building codes. They will coordinate subcontractors and third-party service providers working on the Italy plants, keeping day-to-day maintenance running safely and on schedule.

As a key guardian of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) across the Italy plants, the O&M Supervisor will enforce and maintain all HSE procedures and protocols in line with local regulations and Sonnedix norms and policies. They will ensure each renewable plant stays compliant with its contractual, manufacturer and regulatory requirements, and will flag any potential risks to the O&M Team Leader. The O&M Supervisor will also provide technical support to the wider Operations Team and support business cases relating to technical plant investments, giving the Operations Team the input it needs to keep Sonnedix's Italy renewable portfolio performing reliably.

Desirable Skills:

• Electrical engineering background or similar
• Proven expertise in the renewable energy sector and wth onsite renewable plant maintenance
• Familiarity with design and construction processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and remote control systems (SCADA)
• Proven ability to leverage AI and technology to optimise processes and drive actionable insights
