Strategic & planning
- Ensure alignment and prioritization with objectives, scope, product roadmap and business goals
- Develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics
- Ensure alignment across projects and long-term strategy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams`s activities supporting the product development programs
- Manage interdependencies within and between projects
- Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
- Track program progress, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders
- Identify issues early and implement corrective actions
- Oversee operational processes and ensure efficiency
- Coordinate logistics and execution activities, including prototypes allocation and delivery
- Identify risks and define mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
- Maintain strong relationships across teams and leadership
- A data‑driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions from metrics
- Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams with a structured and pragmatic approach
- Excellent communication skills—with the ability to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders and ability fostering consensus also within distributed and cross-functional teams
- Strong ownership, accountability, and a forward-thinking proactive approach to problem solving
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a strong plus
- Occasional travel for meetings, events, and user engagements
- Working knowledge of electronics development lifecycle (PCB design, prototyping, validation, manufacturing)
- Familiarity with embedded systems / firmware constraints (real-time, memory, power)
- Understanding of cloud architectures (APIs, microservices, IoT platforms)
- Experience managing programs from concept → EVT/DVT/PVT → mass production → EOL
- Exposure to hardware ramp-up and supply chain constraints
