Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Senior MOEM Sales Engineer (BO, FE, FC, RSM).

Location : Casalecchio di Reno (BO)

As a Senior MOEM Sales Engineer , you will be a high-impact commercial professional responsible for driving OEM business growth across Central Italy (Bologna, Ferrara, Forlì-Cesena, Rimini, and the Republic of San Marino).

Your role will focus on translating customer priorities into effective, value-oriented solutions. Through a strong technical background and a consultative mindset, you will position Eaton’s portfolio as the preferred choice, showing how it supports customers in improving performance, efficiency, and sustainability.

You will manage end-to-end sales processes, taking ownership of complex opportunities and coordinating with internal specialists to develop and deliver customized solutions. Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the right technical and commercial approach.

You will also encourage the use of digital tools and platforms—both Eaton’s and those adopted by customers—to simplify interactions, enhance service, and create additional value over time.

In this position, you will actively seek out new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects. You will help define commercial strategies and support external partners and agencies in growing the OEM business within the assigned territory.

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package based on applicable skills, knowledge and experience, and aligned with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range (included base salary and Sales Insentive Plan) for this role is EUR 55.200 – EUR 80.960 gross per year. What you’ll do:

  • Identify and qualify new leads and business opportunities
  • Analyze customer needs and define solution requirements
  • Build and implement structured account strategies
  • Prepare commercial proposals and manage offer cycles
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations
  • Conduct negotiations and secure deals
  • Oversee execution and ensure proper solution delivery
  • Track pipeline progress and update CRM records
  • Participate in deal reviews and business performance analysis
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Enable and support channel partners in business development
  • Ensure adherence to sales procedures and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical background)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in OEM or industrial environments

Skills:

  • Strong consultative selling skills with experience managing complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer value creation
  • Fluency in Italian and English
