We are looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to join our Corporate Communication team and support the delivery of internal communication initiatives and corporate events.
Reporting to the Internal Communication Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the planning and execution of employee communications, engagement initiatives and high-visibility events across the organization.

We are looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to join our Corporate Communication team and support the delivery of internal communication initiatives and corporate events.
Reporting to the Internal Communication Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the planning and execution of employee communications, engagement initiatives and high-visibility events across the organization.
What You'll Do
Event Management
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of corporate events, including Town Halls, leadership communications, year-end celebrations, and other employee engagement initiatives
- Manage event projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
- Collaborate with agencies and suppliers, preparing briefs and coordinating all operational activities
- Oversee event logistics, invitations, registrations, communications, and follow-up activities
- Develop tools, templates, and processes that help make events scalable and repeatable
- Support the creation and distribution of communications related to business, organizational, and cultural topics
- Coordinate high-visibility projects involving senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and editorial content across internal communication channels
- Ensure projects are managed effectively, maintaining accurate documentation and project materials
- Coordinate the production of videos and digital content with external agencies and creative partners
- Support internal speakers and ambassadors in developing communication materials
- Review, edit, and help shape communication assets to ensure consistency and quality
- Manage the organization and publication of multimedia content across internal channels
- Contribute to employer branding and change management initiatives through compelling communication materials and visual storytelling
- Previous experience in internal communications, event management, project coordination or similar roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
- Good command of English

- The role is classified at 3A°, CCNL Industria Alimentare
- Initial annual gross salary of minimum € 38.000
- Premio per Obiettivi (PPO) equal to € 2500 at target level for 2026

- If you make it to the short list, you’ll be interviewed by the Hiring Manager and if necessary, other members of the hiring panel
- In some cases, you may be required to show us your skills via technical challenge.
