We're on the hunt for a Junior Customer Service Specialist to join our team in the heart of Palermo, Italy.

Every day, we work to give our customers worldwide an outstanding online shopping experience, pairing high-quality products with genuine attention to detail and fast, professional, personalized support.

WHAT YOU'LL BE IN CHARGE OF

• You will handle international customer requests via email, chat, phone and social channels, answering questions on products, orders and shipping, solving doubts, and offering reassurance to remove any unnecessary friction before checkout.
• You will manage returns, warranty claims and after-sales support.
• You will monitor order status and ensure customers are always kept in the loop.
• You will collaborate with our warehouse, operations teams and other departments to provide the best customer service possible.
• You will keep our internal systems accurate and up to date.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Excellent English, written and spoken: since you'll be handling most of our international customer communications, this is non-negotiable.
• Excellent Italian, written and spoken.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• A genuine customer-first mindset, paired with sharp problem-solving instincts.
• Precision, organization and an eye for detail.
• Experience with digital tools.
• A real willingness to learn, grow and get involved in a dynamic, international environment.

WHAT WOULD WIN OUR HEART

• Some experience (even a little) in customer service or e-commerce.
• An interest in — or knowledge of — the eyewear industry.
• Another language under your belt: German, French or Spanish.

TYPE OF CONTRACT
