Who are we looking for:
Are you ready to work on complex business processes and drive real impact in an international environment?
We are looking for an ERP Specialist who thrives in complex environments and is ready to take ownership of end-to-end processes. In this role, you will not just support existing solutions—you will challenge, optimize, and enhance them, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver tangible impact.
Your new role:
- Support and improve SAP SD processes in line with business needs.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Help optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams on enhancements, integrations, and ongoing projects.
- Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, etc.).
- Participate in SAP transformation initiatives (including S/4HANA).
- Support testing, releases, and post go-live activities.
- Assist users with system issues and ensure smooth daily operations.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Ensure efficient incident management and respect of service levels (SLA).
- Act as a point of contact for business requests and new initiatives.
- Support prioritization of activities based on business needs.
- Perform basic SAP configuration/customizing when needed.
- Collaborate with technical teams for developments and integrations.
- Maintain clear and updated documentation.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP (focus on SD is a plus).
- Good understanding of Sales & Distribution or Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience in SAP support and configuration activities.
- Basic knowledge of SAP integrations between modules.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with both technical teams and business users.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of EDI / IDoc or integrations.
- Experience in international or structured environments.
- SAP certification.
