On behalf of a growing company operating in the luxury hospitality, we are now looking for a:

Global Talent Acquisition Manager

The Global Talent Acquisition Manager will play a strategic role in defining and implementing the company’s global Talent Acquisition strategy, managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different markets. The role will work closely with Regional Presidents and managers to attract top talent, support business growth, and foster a global Talent Acquisition culture through shared processes, international best practices, and a consistent approach to candidate experience and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and implement the global Talent Acquisition strategy for all companies within the Group

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internationally positions

• Develop scalable processes, tools and best practices for all markets

• Strengthen employer branding and build global talent pipelines

• Partner with leaders to define role requirements and workforce planning needs

• Implement and optimize ATS and digital recruitment tools

• Track and report TA performance using data-driven insights

  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of international Talent Acquisition experience required

• Must be fluent in English

• Proven ability to build or scale TA processes from the ground up

• Strong knowledge of global recruitment methodologies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, agile mindset and the ability to thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments

  Salary Range: 60.000€ - 70.000€
