Position
As Procurement (Expert in Indirect categories for Visual Merchandising, Architecture and Interior Design scope), you will support the business by ensuring that indirect purchasing needs are addressed through a structured, value-driven and reliable procurement approach.
You will translate internal requirements into effective sourcing and purchasing solutions, managing the full procurement cycle from needs assessment to supplier selection, negotiation, contracting and purchasing execution. Through close collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers, you will help secure continuity of service, cost effectiveness, process compliance and overall quality across the categories under your responsibility.
Job responsibilities
- Act as the procurement reference point for assigned indirect spend categories, supporting internal stakeholders in translating business needs into effective sourcing and purchasing solutions.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities across categories such as architecture, interior design, visual merchandising spend, ensuring consistency, responsiveness and quality of delivery.

- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify priorities, challenge requests when needed and define the most appropriate procurement approach.
- Lead sourcing initiatives from market scouting and supplier identification to tender management, commercial evaluation, negotiation and supplier selection.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure the best balance of service, quality, economic conditions and contractual terms.
- Coordinate and support the contractualization phase, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, commercial conditions and supplier commitments.
- Oversee the operational follow-through of procurement activities, including support on purchase order issuance and related purchasing steps when required.
- Monitor supplier performance and contribute to the development of solid, reliable and high-performing supplier relationships across the relevant categories.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and governance principles, promoting transparency and discipline throughout the sourcing and purchasing process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement tools, reporting, spend visibility, supplier collaboration and process effectiveness. Provide procurement support on transversal projects and business initiatives requiring coordination across multiple internal functions and external vendors
Profile
Skills & Qualifications- Strong knowledge of indirect procurement processes, from demand collection and sourcing strategy definition to negotiation, contracting and purchasing execution.
- Ability to manage several procurement categories simultaneously within a fast-paced and lean organizational environment.
- Solid stakeholder management capabilities, with the credibility to interface with managers and senior internal counterparts across functions.
- Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance business needs and procurement discipline.
- Sound understanding of supplier management, tendering methodologies and contract negotiation principles.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret spend data, identify opportunities and support decision-making with structured reasoning.
- Comfortable operating both at strategic level and at execution level, depending on business priorities and organizational needs.
- Good command of procurement tools, reporting logic and standard digital applications (ERP / procurement systems / Excel / PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Italian.

Education & Experience
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Architecture, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or Procurement-related certifications would be considered a plus.
- 5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing or Purchasing, ideally within indirect categories and in complex corporate environments.
- Experience managing end-to-end sourcing processes across multiple categories.
- Exposure to both strategic procurement activities and day-to-day purchasing execution is strongly preferred.
- Experience in structured, international or matrix organizations is a plus.
