We are looking for an Amazon Intern to join Digital function in our Beauty Business Beauty based in Milan.

How you make the difference Are you passionate about E-commerce and ready to take on one of the world’s most dynamic online marketplaces? Bolton Beauty is looking for a motivated Amazon Intern to support our E-commerce team in managing and growing our presence across Amazon platforms As part of the team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in marketplace operations, digital merchandising, and analytics, while working cross-functionally with key departments like sales, finance, and supply chain. This is a unique opportunity to dive deep into the world of Amazon and develop real-world skills in a fast-paced, international environment
How your agenda looks like:

• Product Listings & SEO Optimization:
  Assist in creating, optimizing, and maintaining compelling, accurate, and SEO-friendly product listings to maximize visibility and conversion.
• Order & Inventory Management:
  Oversee daily order processing, monitor stock availability, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels across all Amazon marketplaces.
• Chargeback & Claims Support:
  Collaborate with finance teams to help manage chargebacks, disputes, and claims, ensuring compliance and timely resolution.
• Content Compliance & Catalog Integrity:
  Support the team in maintaining high-quality content, ensuring product availability and alignment with Amazon compliance guidelines across different countries.
• Reporting & Data Analysis:
  Use tools like Amazon Analytics and internal dashboards to track performance metrics (media campaign included), analyze trends, and generate regular reports.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, logistics) to align marketplace activities with broader business objectives. Tasks may include creation of reports, spreadsheets, and promotional codes.

Your team: You will directly report to the Digital Sales Development Manager in the Digital function
What makes you a great fit:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Digital/E-commerce or related fields
• Strong interest in E-commerce; previous experience with Amazon platforms is a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong organizational skills; ability to collaborate across teams
• Good level of English (written and spoken)

What’s in for you:

• Internship Allowance: €900 gross per month
• Work Location: Milan, Italy (or the appropriate location)
• Contract Type: Internship (Curricular or Extra-Curricular, 6 months)
• Full Time or Part Time: Full Time
