Retail Marketing - Internship - #50358

Position

Bulgari Italia SPA is looking for a Retail Marketing Intern to join the JWA Retail Marketing Department at its Rome office. The intern will report directly to the Retail Marketing & CRM Manager and will be actively involved in supporting the planning and execution of retail marketing strategies, with a specific focus on events.

Job responsibilities

• Actively support the planning and execution of in-store and out-of-store events, retail animations, and client experiences. This includes logistics management, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and the creation of graphic materials for the event.
• Support the development of guidelines for boutiques for the effective implementation of marketing activities and events.
• Support the development of campaigns dedicated to events, customer tracking, and engagement.
• Support the development and implementation of the gifting strategy.
• Drafting of a monthly cross-functional newsletter for stores.
• Support in the creation of PowerPoint presentations for post-event feedback and various presentations outlining the retail and CRM strategy.
• Support budget management, from negotiation phases to payment processing.

Profile

Required Qualifications:

• Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
